Language assistance services available at no charge — Mansfield Vision Center LLC
Our Commitment
Mansfield Vision Center LLC is committed to ensuring communications with all patients occur in a manner they can understand and feel comfortable with. We provide language assistance services for the most common languages spoken in the area, as identified by the Department of Health and Human Services. All services are offered at no additional charge, provided they don't create undue financial hardship or significantly disrupt normal operations.

Scheduling & Accommodation
Patients requesting language assistance can work with staff to develop mutually agreeable accommodation plans. The practice reserves the right to reschedule appointments if language assistance needs were not communicated beforehand.
Staff Training
All employees receive training on this policy with ongoing updates to maintain compliance.
