Policy Statement

Mansfield Vision Center LLC maintains a strong non-discrimination policy complying with all applicable Federal and State civil rights laws. Accessibility Services — Free of Charge

When medically necessary, we provide the following at no cost:

Communication aids for patients with disabilities

Qualified sign language interpreters for hearing-impaired individuals

Language services and qualified interpreters for non-English speakers

Services are provided unless they create undue hardship on the financial well-being of the practice or significantly interfere with normal operations.
